Chinedu Udeh is a member of the Dartmouth Class of 2012. She is a leader in talent development and educational strategy, with over a decade of experience in public schools. She has led efforts in instructional excellence, leadership development and organizational growth. Currently, she is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of When We Gather Consulting, a pro-Black, women-led organization that supports the leadership and well-being of Black women across industries through identity-affirming coaching and ERGs. She also engages in consulting work related to supporting districts and charter management organizations in strategy planning and talent development. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and fellow Dartmouth ’12, Ryan Mei.
