A 26-year Tax Architect, Eric Freeman ‘88 is founding director of EF DARTHOUSE – a strategic client advisory firm dedicated to crafting optimized tax infrastructure for startups and existing business firms.
A mathematics alumnus of Dartmouth College, Eric clarifies the practical and dimensional facets of corporate tax math structure for firms within both for profit and nonprofit sectors. In tandem with his tax advisory practice, Eric has served for 15 years as adjunct math faculty at various Eastern Seaboard community colleges – where he gives thought leadership and provides online math education under a proprietary language arts curriculum model.
After Dartmouth, Eric was twice named a summer math graduate research fellow, studying geometric group theory at the University of California at Santa Barbara – before completing two years of a PhD program in mathematical economics at West Virginia University, then switching gears to study graduate tax at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Eric enjoys membership within the ABA Tax Section’s Exempt Organizations [EO] Committee and EO Political & Lobbying Activities Subcommittee. He also now serves as both President and Treasurer of the Dartmouth Alumni Club of Maryland.
